10/10. The ladies are all nice enough, they got me in and out relatively quickly each time, and have been informative/insightful through the process.

The whole staff was so professional and I felt so welcomed when I step in the building, the two receptionist had beautiful smiles on their faces when they greeted me. The two young ladies that assisted me when I was taking to the back was pleasant and they were very friendly and professional. The young lady was very polite and gentle with doing the different X-rays on my mouth. I really appreciated the young lady and the dentists who came in and talked and showed me how the different procedures will be done. I’m so excited for going to my appointment and I will definitely recommend friends and families to go there and I’m planning to have my procedure done as soon as I can. Emily the hygienist is wonderful. She does a thorough exam and cleaning. She carefully takes such great care of my teeth. I have seen several dentists in the practice and all are very professional. They are current with all the technology and equipment. I have referred many of my family and friends to the practice. Front staff is important too and very friendly.

I recently completed some long-overdue, extensive dental work at Sullivan Dental Partners, and I truly could not be happier with my experience. The entire office team, from the front desk to the hygienists and treatment planners, were kind, professional, and incredibly reassuring throughout the whole process. Dr. Rick and his assistant, Mallory, took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable during every appointment, and treated me with such genuine care which made the process feel much less overwhelming. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I finally feel confident in my smile again. The experience was made so much easier because of their patience, compassion, and attention to detail.
