Scheduling Coordinator

Keep our practice running smoothly by managing the daily flow of patient visits. You’ll coordinate appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and work closely with clinical team members to ensure every patient is seen on time and every provider’s day is set up for success.

Insurance Verification Specialist

Help patients understand their benefits before they ever sit in the chair. You’ll verify coverage, communicate with insurance providers, and break down complex policy details so patients feel informed and confident about their treatment options.

Billing and Accounts Manager

Support patients through the financial side of their care with clarity and compassion. Your responsibilities will include processing payments, managing account balances, coordinating with financing partners, and answering questions about costs and payment plans.

Marketing Coordinator

Share the Sullivan Dental Partners story with the Brentwood community and beyond. You’ll help create content, manage social media, coordinate community outreach, and support the campaigns that introduce new patients to our practice.

Patient Communication Specialist

Be the welcoming voice patients hear when they call or message our office. You’ll answer questions, schedule consultations, follow up after visits, and make sure every patient feels heard from their very first point of contact.

Dental Hygienist

Partner directly with patients to protect their long-term oral health. You’ll perform cleanings, take x-rays, screen for gum disease and oral cancer, educate patients on home care, and work alongside our dentists to deliver a comprehensive preventive experience.

Dental Assistant

Work chairside with our dentists to create comfortable, efficient patient visits. Your responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, taking impressions and x-rays, and guiding patients through each step of their care.

Sterilization Coordinator

Protect every patient and team member by maintaining the highest standards of infection control. You’ll clean, sterilize, and organize instruments, monitor sterilization equipment, and ensure every operatory is ready for the next procedure.

Lab Technician

Craft the custom restorations that transform our patients’ smiles. Working in our in-house lab, you’ll fabricate crowns, bridges, and other prosthetics using advanced technology like CEREC milling units and 3-D printers, collaborating closely with our dentists on every case.

Treatment Coordinator

Guide patients from their first consultation through the completion of their treatment plan. You’ll explain recommended procedures, review financial options, schedule multi-visit cases, and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout each patient’s experience with us.
