I cannot say enough amazing things about this office. From the moment you walk in, the front desk team makes you feel so welcomed, calm, and genuinely cared for. The entire space has such a safe, inviting energy it doesn’t feel like a typical dental office at all. I have terrible dental anxiety and have had some really bad experiences in the past, so trusting a dentist again was not easy for me. But Dr. Keely completely changed that. She is incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and in control. Darlene is just as wonderful so attentive and warm, and you can tell she truly cares about your experience. And Kayla, the dental hygienist, is hands down the best I’ve ever had. She is gentle, thorough, and constantly checks in to make sure you’re okay, which means everything when you’re nervous. Because of this team, I finally feel like I can trust the dental process again. That’s something I honestly never thought I’d say. If you have anxiety or have been putting off dental care, this is absolutely the place to go.

To be totally honest, I must tell you how I was led to Sullivan Dental Partners. I believe things happen for a reason and I am so thankful I had grief with a local dental chain one morning. The business had doors locked, lights and no notification whatsoever. Bewildered & somewhat angry I left, went home and saw a commercial with all the things I needed to hear. I immediately made an appointment and hallelujah, so happy I did! From the moment I entered and Melissa acknowledged me( just as if she always knew me) my anxiety left me. She is perfect on the front representing the firm. Jess comes and gets me for scans:X-rays and gives me all information on the process while introducing me to Dr. Rick “the man”. He has a kind and gentle man and told me in layman’s terms exactly how he could help me. I couldn’t get implants due to my medical diagnosis of RA since age 27, but Dr Rick knew exactly what to do if I agreed. Excellent! I was scheduled for the process beginning with Mallori, Amanda and Dr Amber… the dream team! Last I requested to see Hiba to see how I could safely keep my teeth white. She definitely helped me! In conclusion… thank you for the commercial! I have found my orthodontist with Sullivan Dental Partners! BRAVO and thank you!
