If you're having trouble envisioning how a particular procedure would change your smile, please browse through our gallery of Before and After pictures of some of our actual patients.

This patient had veneers done many years ago that had broken down, collected stain, and developed cavities over time. She was ready to replace them with the newer materials we have today, and also chose a lighter shade for the movie star smile she wanted!

This was a sweet patient who had conquered cancer but the chemotherapy and radiation took a toll on her teeth. She had several areas of decay and discolorations that she was ready to address after winning the battle over cancer, and now, she can smile with confidence again!

This patient had suffered from years of erosion and her teeth had become very brittle and translucent. She was ready to treat herself and get her smile back just in time for her daughter's wedding.

When she first came to us, she was wearing a splint 24/7 to prevent her from clenching and grinding on her teeth. Stress and anxiety were causing her to wear her teeth down daily and she was ready for a change. Before we could focus on the aesthetics, we had to address the position of her teeth to improve her day to day function. We worked closely with our orthodonic team and got her teeth in the correct position, and then we were able to rebuild her smile with crowns.

We were able to use the many skills of our doctors to take care of this patient all under our own roof. We first addressed the gum disease that had snuck on him over time, removed the cavities and replaced his missing and broken teeth with dental implants.

Have you ever noticed or felt a bony protrusion under your tongue that gets in the way when you're eating or having dental xrays taken? It is called lingual tori and can grow over time if stimulated by force from clenching and grinding. If this is something that bothers you like it did this patient, let us know and we can remove it for you! This will make eating chips and salsa a lot more enjoyable!

This patient was unhappy with the space between her two front teeth that had developed due to the tight tissue (also known as a frenum) connecting her gums to her upper lip. After correcting the problem and relieving this tissue with a laser, we were able to close the gap with a few veneers.

Dan had been coming to Dr. Rick for years and after seeing his wife get a Smile Makeover, he was ready for his own. His gums had receded over time and his teeth had chipped along the edges, so after restoring his smile with crowns, he felt like a new man!

This patient had gold crowns placed for cosmetic purposes as a teen and was ready to remove them for a more natural look as an adult. This was achieved after completing clinical crown lengthening to regain the ideal proportions for the front teeth.

After years of wear and tear to his teeth, a lot of which happened while he was asleep due to the force he was putting on his teeth because of untreated Obstructive Sleep Apnea, he was ready to get his smile back and protect his teeth from additional wear. This was achieved with several crowns and when we were finished, we were able to focus on treating his Sleep Apnea with a Somnomed sleep appliance.

After a long journey to sobriety, this patient was ready to get his mouth healthy along with the rest of his body. He was ready to smile with his kids again and jumpstart his new career.

Over time our teeth endure a lot of force and as a result, our smile can result in wear and tear, chipping of teeth, and jagged edges. This patient was ready for a smile upgrade and before she wore down any more of her teeth, she wanted to address it. She first straightened her teeth with braces, and then had a combination of crowns and veneers completed on her top teeth and lower molars. These results will help her function better while eating, give protection to her teeth from force, and gave her the smile she was hopeful for!

This patient wanted to improve the look of her gummy smile, so we used Botox in her top lip and crowns on her front teeth to close the spaces and achieve the results she wanted.

This was a unique case where the patient's teeth were disproportional to the smile she wanted. We used a combination of clinical crown lengthening and crowns to regain the proportions she was looking for.

This patient wanted to brighten her smile beyond what she could achieve with in-office and at-home whitening, so with the help of some crowns and a single implant to replace a broken back tooth, she is smiling bigger and better now!

This teenager was unhappy with the spacing and shape of his teeth, but he was able to achieve the smile he wanted for his senior pictures and prom with a few veneers.

This is a great example of how dental implants can replace missing teeth. This patient didn't want something that came in and out of the mouth like a partial. They also didn't want a big bridge that they would have to clean under. These two dental implants have restored this patients function and esthetics!

This patient walked into our office with a very broken down tooth. After removing the tooth we were able to immediately place an implant. The implant restores the root of the tooth. In the after picture you see the space is filled perfectly by the dental implant crown.

Cases like these are truly life changing! This patient hated her smile and was tired of her teeth always hurting. We came up with a plan with dental crowns and transformed her into a smile she is so proud to show off!

This patient never enjoyed smiling because of the crowding and color of her teeth. She also had numerous fillings in her front teeth. By using cosmetic crowns to replace the fillings and correct the crowded teeth we were able to accomplish a great result in just days!

This patient hated the color of her teeth. Especially that they were very translucent. She came to us a week before her sons wedding wanting to have white teeth. Thanks to the latest technology and some of the state of the art labs we work with we were able to get this great result in just a couple days with some porcelain veneers.

One of my favorite braces patients. She never liked the crowding in her upper and lower teeth. With just 5 and half months in clear braces she got a smile anyone would be proud of! If you have mild to moderate anterior crowding this can be a great way to straighten teeth affordably and quickly!

Six Month Smiles even has the ability to fix small bite discrepancies. This patient never liked how her bite was and the space between her bottom and top teeth. There was also lots of crowding in her lower front teeth. Her case took just over 6 and half months to complete!

This patient had always had crowding on his two front teeth. He was worried about it getting worse. In just about six months we had his teeth perfectly straight. Best part about it is that the braces are so clear that its like you aren't even wearing anything.

Here is another example of the Pinhole technique. This patient had severe recession on almost every tooth. In one visit we were able to correct this recession with the minimally invasive technique! Check out more on the Pinhole page!

This patient was tired of always catching food in her teeth where her gums had receded. You can see the yellow root surface that was exposed in the before picture. The minimally invasive pinhole graft allowed this patient to go back to work the next day with no pain. She is now over a year out and has had no relapse!

With severe recession on his lower arch he was in danger of getting cavities on his root surfaces due to the brown decalcified areas. With the Pinhole graft we were able to gain almost all of his recession back. One advantage to Pinhole over other grafts is the ability to treat multiple teeth in one visit.

On this lady we treated all her upper teeth with the Pinhole technique. We removed the old broken down fillings near the root surfaces and were able to bring the tissue back to its original position. This really is gum rejuvenation! She had chronic sensitivity on those root surfaces lacking good enamel protection. Not anymore!

This is a great example of severe recession on the canine tooth or eye tooth. This is one of my favorite areas to treat because the results are just fabulous. No more chance for root cavities or sensitivity on this patient with a pinhole graft treatment.
