Our Team

I received my Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, which is also where I met Dr. Sully. We were great friends throughout college and always joked about working together one day. After graduation, I went on to dental hygiene school in Chattanooga and earned my RDH license. My husband and I spent a few years there before moving to Nashville—and now that college joke has become a reality! Getting to work for Dr. Sully, someone who was actually a groomsman in our wedding, makes the job even more meaningful.

I began my career at Sullivan Dental Partners as a dental hygienist and Sleep Apnea Specialist, working closely with patients who struggle with snoring and sleep apnea—from initial consult to life-changing treatment results. I now serve as the Director of Operations, where I’m fortunate to lead an amazing team and help ensure every aspect of the practice runs smoothly. It’s incredibly rewarding to contribute to a place where patient care, culture, and growth are all prioritized.

I grew up in Clarksville, TN, so after spending time in Knoxville and Chattanooga, it feels great to be closer to family and part of such an awesome dental practice. My husband and I love traveling, trying new restaurants, and cheering on Tennessee sports—our dog’s name is Rocky, for Rocky Top of course! And most recently, we welcomed our beautiful baby girl, Ruby, into the world. Life is full, chaotic, and sweeter than ever.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Western Kentucky University. I had moved to Bowling Green, KY. From Paducah, KY where I grew up for 13 years. I moved to Nashville in 2017. I have been working in dentistry since July of 2017 and love working for such an awesome practice.

Our team makes coming to work fun and enjoyable and we try to make you feel the same way when you come to see us. Outside of work, I enjoy playing sports with friends. I grew up playing volleyball and basketball and still love to play those sport recreationally. Fun fact about me is that I have a twin sister.

I graduated from Remington College in January 2019 with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. I grew up in the heart of Spring Hill, TN, where I still live today with my husband and our three dogs.  

At Sullivan Dental Partners, I have the privilege of serving as a Treatment Coordinator, in addition to my background in dental hygiene. I love being part of a team that makes every day enjoyable and exciting. I'm grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many amazing patients who are a part of this practice! One of my favorite aspects of my job is getting to know our patients when they visit us for their routine dental care.  

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, husband, and, of course, our dogs. I love traveling whenever I get the chance—whether it’s to the beach or Walt Disney World! When fall rolls around, you can find me cheering on the Tennessee Vols in Knoxville, one of my absolute favorite traditions.

I attended Darton College and have been with Sullivan Dental Partners for 17 years. I love spending my days caring for patients who, over time, become friends and feel like family members. It’s a great feeling to help people I care about improve their dental and overall health. I concentrate on dental education and helping patients understand why it’s important to keep their mouth healthy and how to do it. We talk throughout their visits, as I perform oral cancer exams, take x-rays, and clean their teeth.

I’m married, with three sons who fill our life with joy, laughter, chaos, and dirty laundry. I’ve lived in Tennessee for almost 20 years, but I’ll always be a Georgia girl. Go Bulldogs!

I am from Columbus, MS and have been a dental assistant since 2009. After moving to Nashville, I began working the front office with an oral surgeon but always missed chairside assisting. Since joining the team at Sullivan Dental Partners, I've had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful patients, and I feel very fortunate to get to work with such incredible people. It is a great feeling to witness the happiness patients feel after they've had their smile restored. 

I graduated from Dental Staff School of Tennessee in 2012 and continued my education as a dental assistant in 2018 at UT Memphis to become an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. I have been with Sullivan Dental Partners since December of 2015. I love the team I get to work with every day, and it is so rewarding for me to take care of patients, fixing any issues they may have with their teeth.  I specifically work with patients who are undergoing Adult Orthodontics and love seeing the progress that patients make while transforming their smiles!  

In my time outside of work, I love hanging with my friends and family outdoors and attending music festivals. I live out in the country with 16 chickens, a vegetable garden, and the man of my dreams! 

Our patients are some of the most incredible people, and I love that I spend my days with them. We share stories and laughter and often become friends. I have had the privilege of working with three generations of Sullivan dentists! I enjoy hearing about their families and interests and I find I learn a lot from our conversations.

I’ve been with Sullivan Dental Partners for nearly 30 years, and when I’m working with a patient, I focus on making sure they’re comfortable and at ease. I sit chairside and assist our doctors during procedures. At the same time, I talk with the patients, tell them what we’re doing, and make sure they’re relaxed.

I was born and raised in Franklin, and in my spare time I enjoy visiting with family, taking long walks, and going to the beach.
